Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), a leading FMCG company in India, has partnered with the Y4D Foundation, a respected non-profit organization. Together, they are embarking on a mission to transform the lives of over a million individuals in 12 Indian states, particularly in rural areas.

HCCB is spearheading the effort to empower 25,000 young individuals, focusing on providing them with valuable sales and marketing skills. This initiative aims to enhance employability and create brighter career prospects for the youth. By nurturing the skills and talents of young people, HCCB envisions a future of progress and inclusivity.

Another crucial aspect of this collaboration is the commitment to provide comprehensive financial and digital literacy training to 25,000 women. HCCB recognizes the pivotal role that women play in families and communities. By equipping them with essential skills, the initiative aims to empower women to actively contribute to their households and society at large.

Under the cluster development program led by HCCB, more than 700,000 beneficiaries are poised to experience transformative development. This multifaceted approach focuses on promoting economic growth, strengthening infrastructure, and enhancing the overall quality of life in diverse regions across India.

Himanshu Priyadarshi, Chief Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability Officer at HCCB, expressed the company's unwavering commitment to India's socio-economic upliftment. He emphasized that HCCB believes in nurturing the pillars of society, particularly the youth and women, to accelerate nation-building and ensure a prosperous future for all.

The President of the Y4D Foundation, Praful Nikam, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the partnership's potential to drive lasting change in India. By empowering individuals and communities, they aspire to unlock the nation's true potential and build a stronger, more inclusive India.

HCCB, established in 1997, has made significant strides in serving retailers, distributors, and farmers across India. With operations in 22 states, 3 union territories, and 376 districts, the company's reach is extensive. HCCB's portfolio includes beloved beverages like Minute Maid, Maaza, Thums Up, Coca-Cola, and more.

The Y4D Foundation, a youth-led non-profit, has already impacted the lives of over 700,000 individuals through 140 successful projects. Their collaborative efforts with over 30 corporate entities underscore their commitment to empowering the underprivileged.

In this partnership, HCCB and Y4D Foundation are not only refreshing the world with their beverages but also making a profound and positive impact on society. Their dedication to youth and women's empowerment aligns with the vision of a more progressive and inclusive India, fostering hope and progress for millions.
