With 22 mentees and 11 mentors—senior leaders from different Havas India network agencies—the first 6-month program has started. Through efficient training and mentoring, the program seeks to provide these business leaders with skills in marketing, branding, and business development. It is consistent with Havas India's mission to support female leaders, encourage entrepreneurship, support diversity, and have a significant impact on the community at large.
A wide range of sectors, including retail, food and beverage, health and wellness, fashion, and lifestyle, have been represented by the 22 participating companies. Each of these companies presented a motivational story that highlights the determination and drive of these business owners. This program significantly strengthens the network's capacity to deliver significant business solutions by giving Havas India invaluable insight into a range of industries, corporate challenges, and creative solutions.
Havas India's CHRO, Vandana Tilwani, emphasized the company's dedication to fostering empowerment, growth, and innovation. She highlighted that their commitment to assisting women in business and entrepreneurship is represented by EmpowHers. Co-founder of Her Entrepreneurial Network Priyanka Changia emphasized how Havas and H.E.N. have a common goal of empowering women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
