Samsung India Partners with sheLEADs Rewarding Women's Achievements

Samsung India is promoting and rewarding women's achievements in business, learning, and development, demonstrating their potential to become future leaders. "sheLEADS," a 12-week leadership development program, was recently launched by Samsung India to empower high-potential female employees. The program aims to promote an inclusive culture at Samsung India and give young women the fundamental leadership skills they need.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are the three significant drivers behind innovation and quality, according to Samsung. The program finds, supports, and equips female employees to assume leadership roles within Samsung. As a leader in the world of technology, Samsung promotes workplace empowerment for women and gender equality. Twenty high-potential women from different departments of Samsung India are part of the program. These participants, whose tenure ranges from five to twenty years, contribute vast and varied experience.
The 'sheLEADS' program has 20 participants with diverse experience across Samsung functions, ranging from 5 to 20 years, including Shailja Mutreja, Nidhi Bhan, Anjalee Erathna, Manisha Gambhir, Sukhvinder Sharma, Jyoti Mehra, Richa Dewan Malik, Ruchi Sharma, Swati Singh, Misha Mehndiratta Chugh, Arjoo Karki, Jayshree Dewri Bharali, Meghna Mishra, Aditi Thakur Shailaja Pathania, Karina Sudarsan, Shagun Prabhakar, Neha Dhingra, Garima Lodha and Simi Bhat. Their combined knowledge base at Samsung is diverse. By creating an environment beyond the workplace, the program hopes to enable participants to reach their greatest potential as leaders. Samsung's dedication to staff expansion accelerates the transition to a more inclusive future.
