Godrej Agrovet Appoints Anushree Singh as CHRO

Godrej Agrovet has appointed Anushree Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the agribusiness company focuses on building a future-ready organization and advancing its people and organizational capability agenda.
In her new role, Anushree will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, culture building and leadership capabilities. Her appointment comes as businesses increasingly priorities workforce transformation and strong leadership capabilities to support sustainable growth.
Anushree brings more than two decades of experience across people strategy, organizational transformation, culture building, M&A integration, board management and leadership development. Before joining Godrej Agrovet, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at JSW Energy, where she contributed to the company’s growth and transformation initiatives.
Over the course of her career, Anamika has held senior HR leadership positions at Avery Dennison, AkzoNobel and Aditya Birla Group. Her experience spans multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on aligning people strategies with business priorities and driving organizational change.

Anamika will be focusing on building the capability of Godrej Agrovet, developing talent and furthering the company's people agenda at Godrej Agrovet. Her responsibility will also be to develop a culture of excellence and establish a workplace that promotes the growth of employees and business.
The appointment brings in a new era of making Godrej Agrovet's employees capable of contributing to its long-term growth vision. Anamika's skills and experience in leadership development and the areas of diversity and inclusion, organizational transformation and culture building are anticipated to help the company continue to transform its people practices.
Sunil Kataria, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Agrovet, welcomed Anamika to the organization, stating that people and leadership capacities are still a top priority for the company.
