Gatha Dhingra Joins SNITCH as Brand Strategy Lead
By: Women Entrepreneurs Review Team | Monday, 31 August 2026
Fashion and lifestyle brand SNITCH has appointed Gatha Dhingra as its new Brand Strategy Lead, effective August 2026. Gatha joins the fast-growing brand after spending nearly two years at Myntra, where she served as Manager – Brand Marketing. Her appointment comes as SNITCH continues to strengthen its brand positioning and expand its presence in India’s competitive fashion market.
Key Highlights:
- Gatha Dhingra joins SNITCH as Brand Strategy Lead in August 2026
- She brings fashion and digital marketing experience from Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and The Good Glamm Group
- Her appointment comes as SNITCH expands its fashion portfolio and strengthens its brand strategy
Gatha brings experience across fashion, beauty, e-commerce and digital-first brands. At Myntra, she worked on brand marketing, campaigns and positioning. Before that, she was Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing at The Good Glamm Group between 2023 and 2024. She also served as Senior Executive – Marketing & Communications at Nykaa Fashion and began her professional career with LBB, where she worked as a Brand Marketing Associate.
Her earlier experience also includes digital and e-commerce marketing internships with The Body Shop International and Koovs, giving her exposure to both established consumer brands and digital-first businesses.
Announcing her new role, Gatha said, "I'm happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Brand Strategy Lead at SNITCH 🌻. A new role, a bigger canvas, and plenty of ideas to turn into reality. Here’s to the next chapter🚀."
Gatha holds a Master’s in Fashion Management from NIFT Mumbai, which she completed between 2019 and 2021. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Fashion Media Communication from Pearl Academy and a BA (Hons) in English from Delhi University.
Founded in 2019 by Siddharth Dungarwal, SNITCH initially operated as a B2B apparel manufacturer before shifting towards a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. The brand has since built a strong presence in men’s fashion through frequent product launches, social media-led storytelling and influencer marketing.
SNITCH is now entering its next phase of growth, with its expansion into women’s wear forming an important part of its strategy. The company recently acquired women’s fashion brand Berrylush, strengthening its portfolio beyond its established menswear business.
The brand has also been focusing on owned media channels as customer acquisition costs rise, while exploring cultural partnerships with independent artists to build stronger consumer connections.
SNITCH’s financial performance has reflected its rapid expansion. According to its FY25 annual financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies, the company’s revenue from operations increased to ₹498 crore in FY25, compared with ₹241 crore in FY24.
Against this backdrop, Gatha’s appointment signals SNITCH’s focus on building a more structured brand strategy and consumer engagement function. Her experience across major fashion and consumer platforms could support the company as it evolves from a D2C menswear player into a broader fashion and lifestyle brand with growing omnichannel ambitions.
