With an amazing overlap of art and culture and women empowerment, Puja Garg, National President of FICCI FLO, Raseel Gujral of RGAL, Kunwarani Dr. Ritu Singh, National Lead and Day Chair and Co-Led by Sonia Singla, spearheaded an inspiring venture under the umbrella of FICCI FLO, marking the opening of a year-long partnership (May 2026 May 2027) with Arzaani, as part of the national initiative on visual arts.
Staged at the splendid Arzaani Atelier Privé, Bikaner House, the event, conceptualised and presented by Raseel Gujral under the banner of Raseel Gujral Art Legacy, unfolded as a Sacred Movements: An Artistic and Spiritual Dialogue.
The evening was a tribute to the rich artistic heritage of India representing a rare and exquisite curation of Tanjore paintings, antique Pichwais, Raja Ravi Varma oleographs, and exquisite sculptures. All the works echoed with spiritual symbolism and immortal craftsmanship, providing a most immersive cultural experience.
The highlight of that event was an emotional Bharatanatyam performance by the renowned dancer, Shreyasi Gopinath, who performed a shloka-based story through creating emotive mudras to animate the artworks. The combination of visual art with interpretive dance resulted in a remarkable sensory journey that helped attendees understand India's sacred traditions more deeply.
The ambiance of the venue was filled with the aroma of mogra and rose petals, enhancing the vibe with a divine and tranquil atmosphere, ultimately creating a spiritual celebration of art.
The launch of the FLO x Arzaani Privé Membership Card was a notable moment of the evening; this card is a significant advancement in providing women entrepreneurs with access to resources to foster creative collaboration. Membership provides various benefits for members, including 10% off of all purchases at Arzaani, early access to curated collections, and access to special festive offers. This further solidified the partnership between FLO and Arzaani.
An engaging interactive session was also held, along with a Q&A session, and a specially curated high tea included various traditional Indian foods from both North and South India.
Among the delegates who attended this historic exhibition were many influential individuals such as Pooja Garg, National President, FICCI FLO; Raseel Gujral (with Naveen Ansal); Past President Namita Gautam; and several members of the Governing Body (including., all the members involved with overseeing & leading initiatives) and other FLO members. The Co-Lead for this exhibition was Soniya Singla.
Pooja Garg, Raseel Gujral and Dr Ritu Singh spoke to highlight the importance of preserving the rich artistic heritage of Indian creators and empowering female artists through dynamic platforms to showcase their work and to provide a source where they can derive economic benefit from their creativity. The FICCI FLO has made a commitment to building supportive platforms for female artists throughout all sectors of the economy & continuing to provide women around the world opportunities to create amazing works of art that reflect their culture/religion and receive recognition for doing so.
The exhibit will be open to the public every day, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM until May 30, 2026 at Arzaani, Bikaner House, New Delhi and is an invitation to art lovers & experts alike to see the incredible creative journey that India has taken through its sacred artistic heritage.
This unique partnership illustrates how the artistic process has the ability to bring communities together, retain cultural identity for future generations and develop a culture of creativity led by women.
