Flipkart Names Sharon Pais Myntra Head Amid Leadership Shift

Flipkart Group today disclosed a leadership change at Myntra. Sharon Pais has been appointed as the Myntra head and will be directly reporting to Kalyan Krishnamurthy, as Nandita Sinha has chosen to leave the company.

Sharon has been in touch with the teams of Myntra and Flipkart Fashion most of the time and has a deep insight into the business. Her appointment is a sign of stability as Myntra is riding on a strong wave of growth. Nandita will be working with the company for a while to assist in continuity.

Kapil Thirani has been appointed head of Flipkart Fashion and will work under Sakait Chaudhary, SVP and Head of Marketplace, Flipkart. The company will start the search for a successor of the marketplace business.

Myntra is still a large and growing platform with a deep network of customers, brands and partners. It will still be focusing on consolidating its leadership in fashion and lifestyle.
