Eternz Launches Zero-Commission Programme for Women Jewellers
By: Women Entrepreneurs Review Team | Wednesday, 21 October 2026
Jewellery marketplace Eternz has launched a zero-commission selling programme to support women-led jewellery businesses across India, enabling eligible brands to sell on its platform without paying sales commissions until December 2026.
Key Highlights:
- Eternz waives sales commissions for eligible women-led brands until December 2026
- Women-owned jewellery businesses gain access to Eternz’s digital and logistics infrastructure
- The platform currently hosts 400+ brands, with more than 35% women-led
The initiative is open to newly onboarded jewellery brands in which women hold a majority ownership stake. Participation remains subject to Eternz’s quality checks, approval process and applicable terms. The programme targets a diverse group of businesses, including independent jewellery designers, homegrown labels, offline retailers and entrepreneurs who primarily sell through social media or their own websites.
Under the initiative, participating brands will gain access to Eternz’s existing customer base, logistics network and marketing tools, alongside digital commerce infrastructure. This includes online storefronts, inventory and catalogue management systems, and customer service support. The platform also offers jewellery-specific technology such as virtual try-on, virtual ring sizing and digital product discovery tools.
Eternz said the programme addresses some of the challenges faced by smaller jewellery businesses when attempting to expand beyond local or existing customer networks. Many emerging brands currently depend on Instagram, WhatsApp, exhibitions and physical stores to generate sales. While these channels can help businesses establish direct relationships with customers, building an online operation at scale can require considerable investment in technology, logistics, marketing and customer acquisition.
By removing sales commissions for eligible businesses, Eternz aims to lower some of these barriers and provide women entrepreneurs with a more accessible route to online expansion.
Arthi Ramalingam, Founder and CEO of Eternz, said, “India has no shortage of talented women building jewellery businesses.” She added that many entrepreneurs have strong designs and customer relationships but lack access to the digital infrastructure required to scale beyond their existing networks.
The initiative builds on Eternz’s existing marketplace, which currently features more than 400 brands and designers. According to the company, over 35% of these businesses are women-led, highlighting the growing participation of women entrepreneurs in the jewellery sector.
Founded by Ramalingam, Eternz operates as a digital marketplace for jewellery and watches, focusing on product discovery and online commerce. Its technology-led approach is designed to help jewellery brands create stronger digital shopping experiences while reaching customers beyond their traditional sales channels.
However, Eternz has not disclosed how many additional brands it expects to onboard through the zero-commission programme or the financial impact of waiving commissions. The offer is currently limited to newly onboarded, women-majority-owned brands and will remain available until December 2026, subject to the platform’s conditions.
