Encalm Hospitality has opened Encalm Prive, a premium business-class lounge at Terminal 1 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, creating a proud moment for women empowerment in India’s travel and hospitality industry.

Located in the domestic departures area, Encalm Privé is India’s first women-led business lounge, fully managed and operated by a team of women.

The lounge is designed to offer a calm and comfortable space where travellers can relax, work, or enjoy a meal before their flight. With soft lighting, comfortable seating, and simple interiors, the lounge creates a peaceful break from the busy airport environment.

What makes Encalm Privé truly special is its women-first approach. From guest handling to the operational management of the place, it is woman professionals who handle every aspect of the lounge.

In a statement on the launch, Vikas Sharma, Group CEO of Encalm Hospitality, stated, “This lounge embodies our belief in female leadership, care-centric service, and an enhanced experience in domestic air travel.”

With Encalm Privé, Encalm Hospitality strengthens both premium travel services and opportunities for women in leadership and frontline roles.
