  • Initiative brings industry leaders together for mentorship and learning
  • Focus on confidence, resilience, negotiation and career growth for women

Dubai Lynx, in partnership with Middle East Communications Network (MCN) and its agencies, has introduced “See It Be It: Connects” to the MENA region. This globally recognised initiative aims to accelerate women’s leadership in the creative, media, and marketing industries by helping them move into senior roles.

Originally launched at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the program has built a strong global reputation for supporting women in the creative space. Now, its regional edition will take place on 7 October 2026 during Dubai Lynx Creativity Week, bringing new opportunities to women professionals across the Middle East and North Africa.

The program focuses on three key pillars—confidence, resilience and adaptability, and negotiation. The program develops an influential female leadership community by establishing connections between participants and industry professionals and experienced mentors and fellow participants. The organization intends to create international employment possibilities through its practical education programs and essential discussions.

The See It Be It program which started in 2014 has dedicated its efforts to achieving equal gender representation in creative leadership positions. The organization now operates a worldwide network that includes more than 150 creative professionals. The program produces significant results because 75 percent of participants receive promotions within their first year and 63 percent achieve Creative Director rank or higher.

International organizations like Unilever Nestle Snap Inc Emirates and Advertising Business Group support this MENA edition. The organisations work together to create a creative ecosystem which includes all people and prepares for future needs in the region.

Experts from the industry have recognized how important these programs are for business success. The research shows that organizations should promote women into leadership positions because this approach will enhance their decision-making abilities while driving business growth through increased diversity. A gender-balanced leadership team reflects consumers more accurately and strengthens overall performance.

The program will explore actual work environment issues which include ambition burnout leadership identity and career development. The study will investigate how inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence and allyship contribute to organizational transformation.

Women with five years of professional experience in the creative and marketing industry can now submit their applications. Participants must travel to Dubai.
