Delhivery Appoints Neelam Dhawan as Board Chair

- Neelam Dhawan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the board of Delhivery
- She will take over as Chairperson of the Board on April 1, 2026
- Her technology leadership skills have been cited as a major factor in her appointment
Neelam Dhawan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Delhivery and will take over the position of Chairperson of the Board of Directors effective April 1, 2026.
She will replace Deepak Kapoor, who has served on the Board for more than eight years. According to Delhivery, Neelam has extensive experience in technology leadership and as a director, which will serve the company on its path forward as it expands its technology-led logistics business.
Neelam has over 30 years of experience working in technology across many industry sectors. She earned a degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and worked with many global technology companies throughout her career, including banking, manufacturing and healthcare.
Neelam has occupied many high-level management roles in major global companies, including: Microsoft (India) Ltd.; Hewlett Packard Inc.; and Hewlett Packard Enterprise India (HPE).
She has also served as a member of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) executive council from 2009 to 2017, and has been recognized by publications such as Fortune and Forbes among the 50 most influential women in international business.
Presently, Neelam serves as a director at many companies including: Ather Energy; Capita PLC; Fractal Analytics; Hindustan Unilever; and Tech Mahindra.
