Aprecomm Names Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil as Global HR Head

Sapna Gopinath Kizhaakkkeveettil has been appointed as the new CHRO for Aprecomm and will lead all aspects of the People strategy, Talent Transformation and Organisational Development as the company enters its next growth phase.
With over 20 years of experience in CHRO roles, Sapna has extensive knowledge of HR strategy, HR Operations, Talent Management and Organisation Transformation within numerous countries. Most recently, she was the Global CHRO for Nexusnow.ai, where she was responsible for leading HR Initiatives across India, the USA, Europe and APAC.
Before that, she spent nearly five years as Head of HR for ALTEN India, helping to improve HR Operations, create performance management systems, promote growing employee experiences and drive successful leadership hiring strategies that supported business growth.
In earlier years, Sapna has held numerous senior leadership positions including: Senior Vice President at Prime Focus Technologies; Vice President of HR at Max New York Life Insurance and Vice President of HR with Taia AIG General Insurance Company, developing a high level of capability in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Compliance across multiple industries and geographical locations.
Sapna also has extensive international experience through her time at Triangle Communications, where she was responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
In her new position at Aprecomm, Sapna will work on creating an innovative workforce, boosting company culture and aligning people strategy with the company's overall direction of developing AI-based technologies for the future.
Aprecomm uses artificial intelligence for its suite of applications that allow service providers to create "self-healing" broadband networks. The company's quality of experience engine continuously monitors/WiFi performance, allowing it to provide consumers with superior internet experiences.
With proactive cloud-based applications to prevent/resolve service disruptions, Aprecomm is enabling service providers to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction levels. Aprecomm's customers include service providers who together manage over 7 million residential and business locations and over 45 service providers worldwide. Aprecomm is paving the way for intelligent, self-healing networks.
