  • Co-hosts Sri Lanka and India will face the first match
  • Tournament kicks off September 30 at Bengaluru's M. Chinnaswamy Stadium

The official schedule for the 2025 ICC Women's ODI World Cup has been revealed. On September 30, co-hosts Sri Lanka and India will play their opening match at Bengaluru's M. Chinnaswamy Stadium to kick off the tournament. The final is scheduled for November 2, which will be held in Bengaluru or Colombo, depending on Pakistan’s qualification.

As a result of constant political tensions between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam terrorist attack and India's return fire through Operation Sindoor, India will not be hosting Pakistan. Their highly anticipated face-off will be held on October 5 in Colombo.

India's schedule includes matches against Australia and South Africa in Vizag on October 9 and 12, as well as an encounter with England in Indore on October 19. On October 23, they will face New Zealand in Guwahati, and on October 26, they will play against Bangladesh in Bengaluru to wrap up the league stage.

If Pakistan reaches the semifinals, then the matches will be held in Colombo on the 29th of October. Otherwise, the first semifinal will be played in Guwahati.
