The economic momentum across Asia is undergoing a gradual yet steady shift as women leaders usher in a new era of change. Women leaders bring in unwavering commitment and change through their unwavering clarity, strategy, and purpose. Roles that were once deemed traditionally male-dominated, are now being played by women owing to their gumption and expertise.

Measurable change in the region’s business and innovation landscape, speaks volume about the presence, grit and intellect of women leaders in the industries ranging from space technology to corporate law. One such leader is Mylene Oaña-Swarbrick, the Founder and CEO of House Land Development Corporation.

Joining the august company is also Priya Sivakumar, a career consultant with Maiz Consultancy, Dubai, who merges psychological understanding with a student-centric approach in counselling individuals towards enhancing employability and finding fulfilling professional avenues. A home-maker turned HR professional, Priya has experiences of transformation and perseverance that inform her work.
