Middle management is undeniably a critical piece of the corporate puzzle. It forms the crucial bridge connecting top executives with an organization’s front-line supervisors.
With time, middle management roles have evolved drastically. Consequently, the hiring process for middle management roles has also evolved, becoming much more complex and intricate.
What used to be a mere qualification checkup is now a deeper assessment of a candidate’s way of thinking, ability to lead, adaptability and more. For modern organizations it is no longer just about filling a position, rather what value one adds to the business has come center stage.
