Mahila E-Haat
Mahila E-Haat is an online marketing platform launched by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, India, under the Rashtriya Mahila Kosh (RMK) initiative. It empowers women entrepreneurs by providing a direct interface by eliminating intermediaries ensuring fair recognition and remuneration, easy accessibility via mobile, and a wide range of products displayed including crafts, textiles, and tailoring. The platform supports Self Help Groups and individual entrepreneurs, promoting socio-economic empowerment. The platform allows Indian women over 18 to register, upload details, and include photographs. Participants must ensure product quality and timely delivery. The platform is re-exhibited after 30 days, with the Ministry having rights to the final listing of products displayed.
