Combined with my academic background in healthcare administration and psychology, these experiences have helped me build collaborative teams and create sustainable strategies that improve healthcare delivery for both patients and providers.
What healthcare trends do you believe will redefine cardiovascular care, and how is your organization preparing for them?
Cardiovascular care is shifting toward predictive, personalized, and technology-enabled healthcare. Artificial intelligence, remote patient monitoring, digital health, and value-based care will significantly improve early diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term disease management. At Heart and Vascular Care of Georgia, we are investing in technologies that strengthen clinical workflows, improve patient engagement, and support data-driven decisions. We are equally committed to preparing our physicians and staff through continuous learning.
How do you build a culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning?
I believe high-performing healthcare organizations begin with empowered people. We foster a culture built on trust, accountability, and transparent communication, where physicians, nurses, administrators, and support teams collaborate toward shared goals. Continuous learning is essential, so we invest in professional development and encourage our teams to embrace new technologies and evidence-based practices.
Innovation flourishes when employees feel confident sharing ideas and improving processes. By recognizing contributions, promoting collaboration, and encouraging lifelong learning, we have created an environment where people grow professionally while delivering outstanding patient care.
How are women leaders influencing the future of healthcare, and what advice would you give aspiring women executives?
Women leaders are transforming healthcare by combining strategic leadership with empathy, resilience, and collaboration. As healthcare becomes increasingly complex, inclusive leadership is driving innovation and stronger organizational cultures.
I believe technology will continue to reshape medicine, but trust and human connection will always remain essential. My advice to aspiring women leaders is to believe in your vision, invest in continuous learning, seek mentors who challenge you, and never allow self-doubt to define your potential.
