- Yes2Broker, or Y2B, a real estate platform, has announced new women-focused initiatives in Gujarat
- These initiatives also focus on expanding the platform's reach in the real estate sector
- Y2B also plans to introduce programs that include incentives, entrepreneurship opportunities, and skill development
Yes2Broker is an online real estate platform located in Ahmedabad. Recently, Yes2Broker has launched its 2021 Vision and Business Plans to help the company's initiatives for women in real estate grow in the rural areas of Gujarat: Yes2Broker offers incentives, entrepreneurship opportunities and skills training to women.
These initiatives are incorporated into a structured program designed to improve and modernize the real estate industry by promoting transparency and helping women succeed.
A central part of the initiative is the #Yes2Her campaign, which advocates property ownership in the name of women. Under this scheme, customers buying property registered to a woman get assured cash back of ₹1, 00,000.
Y2B is also rolling out a pan-India movement to onboard women as Channel Partners, with the commitment of building one of India’s largest women-driven sales and distribution networks in real estate. These are likely to bolster the company's presence in the metropolitan areas and emerging markets.
Women property buyers in India also have the benefit of a variety of governmental and financial advantages, including reduced rates of stamp duty in several states, lower home loan interest rates, tax benefits on property-related deductions, and possible subsidies under PMAY. These factors go further to support financial inclusion and encourage homeownership amongst women.
Y2B leadership cited the company's pledge to advance a more open and fair ecosystem in the industry. They further pointed out that women can contribute much to the future of real estate and that the new initiatives would go toward increasing their involvement, ownership, and entrepreneurship.
Industry-focused training programs for the various verticals of real estate fundamentals, sales techniques, market practices, certification, and ongoing mentorship will be provided by Y2B to support the ever-growing network of its partners.
Channel Partners would also have access to verified property listings and qualified buyer leads to further enhance efficiency and sales performance.
The company's model fosters financial independence by empowering women to create their own business units, thus generating brokerage-based incomes that will eventually add to long-term economic stability.
In the process, Yes2Broker looks to cement its position as a contemporary, trustworthy, and inclusive platform by fostering transparency, forging wider partnerships, encouraging women's participation, and creating scalable development in the real estate industry in India.
