Women Leadership Circle expands its leadership community by launching its Delhi NCR chapter dedicated to fostering connections amongst women professionals and business leaders The chapter brings together CXOs, senior executives, founders and entrepreneurs to create an opportunity for learning leadership, mentoring, peer engagement and cross-sector knowledge sharing.
The initiate will focus on building capabilities around decision making, executive presence, visibility, leadership development and entrepreneurship development. These capabilities can help women entrepreneurs navigate their career changes and develop leadership skills, allowing them to gain practical perspectives to overcome challenges connected to business building and scaling.

An important element of the chapter is creation of a strong professional ecosystem giving women a chance to form meaningful peer relationships along with mentorship and engage in knowledge sharing.

Programs within this chapter will cover major issues related to entrepreneurship and business leadership like strategies for growth, being prepared financially, team building, leadership skills and sustainable growth of business among others. Founders will be able to discuss problems with peers, gain practical insights and also find potential partnerships and new possibilities for further business growth.
Launching of the Delhi NCR Chapter, marks an expansion of community networks in the Women Leadership Circle. The organization aims to attract women professionals, founders and business leaders involved in technology, media and professional services as well as in other industries.

The Women Leadership Circle will focus on strategic development of its Delhi NCR community within the coming 12 to 24 months through creation of a sustained pipeline of leadership, learning, mentoring and networking opportunities. Technology-enabled and in-person platforms will be combined by the organization to ensure greater involvement of members while providing more opportunities for professional interaction among them.
The organisation will keep track of the development of the chapter using quantitative and qualitative measures. Besides membership, mentorship connections, collaboration, knowledge sharing, networking and opportunities created, the community will also serve as marker of engagement and impact. This expanded set of metrics will be useful in judging the success of the chapter in establishing a connected, engaged and sustainable leader community in Delhi NCR.
