The Women Leadership Circle (WLC) and 360 ONE have partnered to empower women in corporate India. The partnership will provide financial support for WLC's learning programs, Women on Boards Program, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. The partnership also includes coaching and mentoring programs, aiming to create a dynamic ecosystem for professional women in India.
360 ONE is an Indian asset management group that manages over $56.3 billion in assets for 7,200 HNI and ultra-HNI families. It aims to foster a workplace where women lead and are valued, offering opportunities for sponsorships and financial backing. Women Leadership Circle (WLC) addresses systemic barriers and societal stereotypes, providing resources, networks, mentorship growth, and a global reach to communicate with other leaders.
The WLC and 360 ONE partnership aims to provide women with leadership training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The partnership aims to increase women's representation in leadership positions across corporate India, breaking the glass ceiling and creating a more balanced workforce. The collaboration further aims to identify and nurture women leaders who can serve as role models and champions for gender diversity.
360 ONE will sponsor WLC's women-led activities. It aligns with WLC's vision of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting women's representation in boardrooms. WLC will also receive sponsorship for research papers, coaching programs, and closed-door activities like TRIBE.
