UniqYou Raises Rs 15.8 Cr to Build AI Fashion Platform for Women

Sneha Priya Reddy and Nishanth Jois founded UniqYou in 2026 as a Bengaluru-based fashion startup focused on building a technology-driven platform for women consumers. The startup aims to combine fashion with technology to respond to changing consumer preferences and deliver a more relevant shopping experience for women.

The early-stage fashion brand is making headlines again as it has now raised Rs 15.8 crore in seed funding, led by Arkam Ventures and Antler, with participation from angel investors from India's technology, commerce and consumer sectors. The funding values UniqYou at a post-money valuation of Rs 64 crore and will support the company's technology-led growth.

Arkam Ventures emerged as the largest investor in the round with an investment of Rs 9.3 crore, while Antler invested Rs 4.96 crore. Angel investor Ankit Garg invested Rs 1 crore in the round.

The UniqYou board of directors has approved the issuance of 37,487 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at the price of Rs 4,215 per share allowing UniqYou to raise Rs 15.8 crore. The money has come in at an early stage in the growth journey of the company, which aims to build a technology-powered fashion platform targeting women consumers.

As per the latest share issuance, Arkam Ventures is set to receive 14.93% of shares in UniqYou, while Antler will have 7.96% shareholding in the company. In the list of angel investors who have invested in this round, Abhishek Goyal will hold 1.59%, whereas Chaitanya Ramalingegowda has 0.24% of the company.

The funding round has also brought a group of founders and industry executives with experience across consumer internet, technology, e-commerce and commerce businesses.

Other investors include Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry and Nandita Sinha. The investor group also includes Kanchi Naik, Aarthi Muralitharan, Ankit Garg and Bala Srinivasa, along with partners from Arkam Ventures and Antler, including Abhishek Mishra, Rahul Chandra, Raghav Goyal and Rajiv Srivatsa.

Several of these investors have experience with well-established companies and firms such as Tracxn, Wakefit and Myntra, bringing exposure to technology, consumer brands and digital commerce. Their participation could provide UniqYou with industry expertise and opportunities to develop strategic partnerships as it expands within India's digital fashion market.
