  • Union Ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Annapurna Devi launched the 'Nayi Chetna 4.0' campaign
  • Its aim is: The initiative promotes gender equality and women's empowerment throughout the country

Two renowned Union Ministers, Shivraj Singh Chouhan & Annapurna Devi presented to the public the Nayi Chetna 4.0 campaign, aimed at ensuring gender equality & women's empowerment across India, and support the initiatives of women to embrace society through a multi-faceted approach to increasing women's engagement and participation in a variety of industries, while promoting a safe working environment and protecting the legal rights of women.

Overall this initiative seeks to address the ongoing problem of gender inequity and lack of women's empowerment.

The overarching goal of this campaign is to educate both men and women on the rights of women in order to encourage greater participation by women in their education, equal access to working environments, and participation in making the decisions for the future of their communities.

Additionally, this campaign seeks to highlight the importance of changing community attitudes, and reviewing the outdated social norms that continue to create barriers to success for women.

To accomplish this campaign, a variety of approaches will be implemented to fulfill the goals and objectives of this campaign such as holding workshops, seminars, and community outreach. All of these events allow for both men and women to engage in dialogue and create awareness of gender bias.

The uses of social Different methods are used to accomplish the goals and objectives of this campaign, including workshops, seminars, and outreach.

These events partly offer men and women a venue to talk about and become aware of gender discrimination.

Furthermore, social media allows for access to the campaign's message through urban and rural audiences, thereby creating several layers of public exposure to the injustices caused by gender and the need to empower women

Goals of Nayi Chetna 4.0: This programme aims to raise awareness about present gender issues and the importance of these issues, in addition to providing greater opportunities for women. Nayi Chetna 4.0 also encourages greater community participation in helping to eradicate gender-based disparities

Future Directions and Government Support: This programme is yet another example of the government's ongoing commitment to supporting gender equity.

Government officials stated that the continued partnership with surrounding and significant stakeholders (NON-Governmental Organisations and other Community Leaders) will be necessary for future success.

The government will be focusing on evaluating the success of this campaign and creating other initiatives which will support the rights of women.

Ultimately, the goal of the government is to ensure that the progress made through this initiative is not only sustainable, but will also have changed societal attitudes toward women and create a positive shift in the promotion of gender equity.
