Tripti Shinghal Somani, CEO & Founder of KGS Advisors & Womennovator and a Successful Coach by Passion for MSMEs, was honoured by renowned Bollywood actor & philanthropist Sonu Sood at a recent spectacular awards ceremony in Gurugram for her inclusion in the Times 40under40 Leaders list.
Times 40under40 is a unique platform developed by Optimal Media Solutions under the purview of Times Group that finds, supports, and recognises the top 40 most talented young entrepreneurs, leaders, achievers, and innovators who are under the age of 40 who have truly changed the game.
The recipients of the prestigious Times 40 Under 40 award come from a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, those in the auto, retail, real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, FMCG, sports, entertainment, and service industry. Multiple entities were evaluated as part of a poll that was done to identify these brilliant minds. The winners achieved a certain standard and qualified for the top 40.
Tripti is a powerful woman who has always adhered to the tenet that "Success knows no shortcuts" and encourages budding entrepreneurs to follow her advice. She empowers entrepreneurs with a solid eco-system integrated with finance, strategy, governance, market validation, and even help with fund raising thanks to her coaching and passion for the development of MSMEs and women-run firms.
"If you take care of your community, the cosmos will take care of you," Tripti remarked during her speech. Gain empowerment by empowering others.
Tripti founded KGS Advisors as a one-stop shop to assist MSME in operating effectively after having a prosperous and successful corporate career with organisations such as PwC, Grant Thornton (GT), and World Bank for more than ten years. She did, however, want to have an impact where it really counts. In 2015, she founded Womennovator, a social impact incubator and platform that supports female entrepreneurship. Under her capable direction, Womennovator has made great strides.
By inspiring 10,000+ women to pursue their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs and by successfully curating some forward-thinking events like "Rasoi Queen" and "Queen XI Cricket League," she has successfully led and created a powerful ecosystem connecting 200+ Influencers, 1000 Jury Members, and 85+ sectors across 100 Smart Cities in India and 10 countries!
She has had a big impact and made a substantial contribution to changing government policies and programmes that encourage women and young entrepreneurs.
The Vivekananda Young Change Makes Award, the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training Award, the Nari Shakti Award by the Honourable Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, and the Shakti Lifetime Award are just a few of the honours that Tripti has already received. She is a frequent TEDx speaker and a recipient of the BMW Unstoppable Women and Economic Times Inspiring Leaders awards 2022.
She has made it through the list of Times 40under40 Leaders as a result of her excellent work encouraging female entrepreneurs on their path to growth by offering business education, training, mentoring, and networking.
