Tata WPL 2023: Back to Back victories for Delhi Capitals, wins by 6 wickets against RCB

The Tata WPL 2023 Delhi Capitals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore: The women of Delhi Capitals lead the point table with 8 points sharing the same score with the leading team Mumbai Indians. Team Delhi made another win at the Tata Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 against Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 wickets at the DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. It was the 11th match of Tata WPL 2023 where defeated team Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 150 runs in the first innings.

DC elected to bowl first after winning the toss and finished off the match in 19.4 overs after scoring 154 runs in a loss of 4 wickets. Ellyse Perry from RCB made the highest 67 runs off 52 balls in the match against DC. Whereas Richa Ghosh smashed 37 in just 16 balls. The highest wicket-taker was from RCB, Shikha Pandey with 3 wickets haul. The team gave their best for a win but unfortunately, they are still holding the title of the most number of defeats in the Tata WPL. Jess Jonassen became the ‘Player of the Match’ providing 29* in 15 balls with a strike rate of 193.33.
