SheLeadsTech 2026 Powers Women's Tech Leadership in Hyderabad

ISACA Hyderabad Chapter organized SheLeadsTech 2026 in order to help women leaders improve their professional competencies and enhance skills.
The program has mainly three pillars at its core, Engage, Empower, and Elevate, highlighting professional development, career progression, and industry representation, respectively. Under this program, ISACA, an industry-leading body that helps digital trust professionals worldwide, has made an effort to bring an end to gender disparity.
The event brought together professionals, aspiring technologists, and senior leaders to advance gender diversity through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful industry engagement. It served as a platform for collaboration and growth for women professionals.
Speaking at the inauguration Vinita Surana, Executive Director of Surana Group and Founding Partner of Vinvinsituation said, “Women don’t need seats at the table, they need the blueprint to build their own tables. Let this be the year we move from conversation to concrete action.” Ms. Sheetal M Veturi, Founder of Asvira Consulting, Singapore, delivered the keynote address on navigating leadership with resilience and purpose.

The most notable part of the event was the two informative and engaging discussions that were held regarding the theme of Leadership Execution and Future Technology.
The first session, “From Vision to Blueprint – Translating Leadership Ideas into Technical Reality,” examined how strategic vision can be transformed into scalable technology solutions.The second panel, “The Next 5 Years – Emerging Tech Trends Women Are Quietly Leading,” highlighted the growing influence of women in shaping advancements across emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
In addressing the audience, the President of ISACA Hyderabad Chapter, Sujay Gankidi, reemphasized that the association remains dedicated to creating professional environments which allow different talents to flourish and take charge. Not merely a forum for leaders, SheLeadsTech 2026 proved itself to be a medium for collaboration, learning, and creating a future-proof digital workforce.
The conference kicked off with an inauguration speech delivered by the Chief Guest, Ms. Vinita Surana, who is the Executive Director of Surana Group and also Founding Partner of Vinvinsituation. The conference also saw many other dignitaries as a part of the event.
