Shalini Warrier has recently been appointed as an Independent Director at Tamara Leisure Experiences, an award-winning hospitality leader. With a vision to strengthen its board leadership, her selection reflects company’s focus on responsible management and long-term growth.

As Tamara expands its footprints across hospitality and related sectors, Shalini’s appointment highlights an unwavering commitment strengthening governance and strategic financial leadership. Her visionary approach to technology and customer experience propelled Federal Bank into a leadership position within India’s modern banking landscape.

Affirming her influence spanning over three decades, Shalini has been firm and dedicated demonstrating her ability to amalgamate financial expertise with forward-thinking approach to board leadership and digital transformation.

Leading as Executive Director at Federal Bank (2020–2025) enabled her to head the digital ecosystem and retail expansion. A Chartered Accountant and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, she has taken charge as senior leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank across global markets.
