  • Samantha Ruth Prabhu has launched a new venture called Mile Collective in the activewear and lifestyle brand
  • The brand is concerned with comfort-oriented wear

Actor as well as wellness enthusiast Samantha Ruth Prabhu has come up with her own activewear brand named Mile Collective.

The activewear brand is formed by Samantha along with Harshita Motaparthi and Pravishta Nadella on a very potent platform as they believe in a fashion statement in a way that one should be able to wear their clothes to either move around, to travel, or take a rest in them.

With designs intended specifically for Indian bodies and Indian climatic conditions, Mile Collective finds the perfect balance between active wear and basic needs.

The brand is all about comfort, soft and breathable materials, and easy silhouettes to effortlessly move from exercise to relax and other activities.

The brand emerges from Mile Active, founded in the year 2023 by Harshita with a basket containing only four items.

With increasing brand growth, there was an increase in co-founders to further expand its vision, namely Pravishta along with Samantha, who joined due to an inclination towards wellness & balancing life.

"Mile was never about pushing harder, it was about making pieces that feel good to live in," said Harshita, explaining how Mile Collective takes this philosophy in a more lifestyle-focused direction.

According to Prabhu, the brand fits into her personal philosophy for wellness and movement. She said, "In general, pieces are comfortable and easy to wear, simple yet functional."

Its first collection, OnTheGo, at once conjures images of women moving naturally through their day. The launch campaign captures the heart of the Mile Collective’s core idea: a wardrobe that fits effortlessly into daily life, not for a second sacrificing comfort over style.
