Rassense Appoints Swarna Rajamani as Chief Business Officer

- Rassense Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Swarna Rajamani as Chief Business Officer (CBO).
- She will guide the company's growth agenda and oversee people and technology initiatives.
- CEO Sanjay Kumar emphasized her diverse experience as the key driving Rassense's future.
Rassense Private Limited announced the appointment of Swarna Rajamani as its company's chief business officer. She will spearhead Rassense's enterprise-wide growth strategy while spearheading strategic initiatives on people and technology, the twin drivers defining the future for the company.
Rajamani also remains a board member of the company, hence one of the youngest and first woman board member in an Indian professionally managed contract food services company. As the previous job, Rajamani engaged in reconstitution of the CRCL LLP to Rassense Private Limited through the fundraise with Spark Capital AIF and was tasked with making the very first ever AIF investment in the contract food services in India.
Before coming to the food services sector, Rajamani worked with Shell for more than eight years. Earlier she worked for more than a decade in various multinational organizations such as Lornamead, Foster Wheeler and RR Donnelley.
Sanjay Kumar, MD & CEO, Rassense Pvt Ltd, while commenting on the appointment, stated, “Swarna has been through variety of roles across CRCL and Rassense handling Supply Chain, QHSE, HR, M&A and Strategy, which now equips her to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategy of Rassense as its Chief Business Officer.”
Kumar said, “We will continue to invest in developing and growing people to build a future for them which not only delivers on their career aspirations but also creates value for the enterprise.”
Rajamani added, “It has been a pleasure to be associated with the organisation for over seven years.
