Rashi Chowdhary Launches 'The Sync Method' for Hormonal Care
By: Women Entrepreneurs Review Team | Thursday, 14 May 2026
Mumbai-based nutritionist and women’s hormone health expert Rashi Chowdhary has introduced The Sync Method, which is a holistic framework that will help women with their hormone related health issues by taking a root cause/system approach.
This new strategy for improving women's hormones has been developed during Rashi’s 18 years of clinical experience and has already assisted over 20,000 women experiencing PCOS, infertility, thyroid problems, postpartum recovery time, perimenopause and chronic imbalances during their menstrual cycle.
For the last four years, Nutrition In Sync has built a strong focus among women across India, the UAE, and global markets by offering personalised, data-driven nutrition programs focused on sustainable hormonal wellness instead of short-term symptom management.
The practice has particularly gained attention among women who continue to experience fatigue, irregular cycles, inflammation, poor sleep, mood fluctuations, and digestive concerns despite receiving “normal” lab reports.
Key Highlights
- Holistic framework supports women with hormonal and metabolic health challenges.
- Method developed through experience with over 20,000 women globally.
- Virtual nutrition program focuses on root-cause hormonal health solutions.
The Sync Method focuses on several foundational aspects of women’s health including gut health, blood-sugar balance, liver cleansing, sleep quality, nervous system balance, nutrient availability and awareness of menstrual cycles. Rather than focus on strict diet-oriented strategies, this is intended to teach women about the importance of creating lasting balance in their life through incremental dietary and lifestyle modifications based on the unique needs of their bodies.
“Hormonal health doesn’t live in one organ — it lives in how the body’s systems communicate with each other,” said Rashi Chowdhary. “Women are cyclical beings. Our hormones, metabolism, and needs shift every week of the month. The Sync Method is what happens when nutrition finally catches up to female biology.”
According to the organisation, many women following the protocol have reported improvements in energy levels, sleep, digestion, menstrual regularity, bloating, and hormonal markers such as testosterone, prolactin, and TSH within a few months of beginning the program. Some women have also been able to reduce long-term dependency on medication under medical supervision.
Lakshmi Kale, Head Nutritionist at Nutrition In Sync, the framework combines structure with compassion. “It honours the body’s intelligence and gives women permission to stop fighting themselves,” she said.
Jeanne, another Head Nutritionist at the practice and an endometriosis survivor, added that the approach encourages women to trust their body’s signals rather than override them through restrictive health practices.
Women have also reported experiencing positive changes early in the process. Priyadarshini, an active member of the ONE Program, stated that during the first week she experienced increased energy levels, reduced abdominal puffiness or bloating, and improved cognitive function; helping her feel more balanced both personally and professionally.
Rashi Chowdhary is not only an educator at Nutrition In Sync; she is also a certified diabetes educator and widely regarded as an authority on women's health issues globally. She is also the founder of Plaay, a healthy chocolate brand focused on guilt-free nourishment.
The Sync Method is currently available through Nutrition In Sync’s fully virtual ONE Program, along with the organisation’s 15-Day Gut Cleanse initiative and the free Sync Score self-assessment designed to help women identify areas of hormonal imbalance.
