He outlined plans to create 4 lakh jobs in five years and establish sports universities and colleges at the divisional level to enhance women's and youth's talent. The event highlighted the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign and the Rao Rajput community's historical legacy, with remarks from National Chief Patron Ladu Singh Thikriya and the National President Prahlad Singh Devpura.
CM Sharma further praised the achievements of young individuals and women in various fields, including education, sports, arts, and social service. He emphasized the need for continuous support and opportunities for these individuals to excel. He also emphasized the importance of gender equality and women's empowerment.
