A seasoned marketing professional with more than 17 years of experience, Priyanka joins the organisation at a pivotal stage as it works towards building India's emerging Family Continuity category. In her new role, she will lead brand strategy, growth initiatives, market development, and strategic partnerships while helping shape the company's long-term vision.

As part of her new responsibilities, Arora will spearhead the development of India's emerging Family Continuity category, a concept focused on helping families plan for long-term security, stability, and continuity. Alongside category creation, she will oversee enterprise-wide brand strategy, consumer engagement, market expansion, and the development of strategic alliances to support the company's business objectives.
Before joining The Plan Beyond, Arora served as Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance, where she led several large-scale marketing transformation programmes. During her tenure, she helped establish AI-enabled marketing ecosystems and drove digital-first growth initiatives designed to improve customer acquisition and engagement. She also played an instrumental role in brand repositioning strategies and business expansion efforts, contributing to stronger market performance and revenue growth.
Priyanka's professional journey spans more than 17 years and includes leadership positions at prominent organisations such as Bharti Life Ventures, Future Generali India Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Airtel, McKinsey & Company, and Max New York Life Insurance. Her diverse experience has enabled her to develop expertise across brand building, customer analytics, product management, digital marketing, strategic planning, fintech ecosystem development, and business growth.
Over the years, she has built a reputation for creating consumer-centric growth strategies and driving transformation through innovation. Her ability to combine data-driven decision-making with strong brand leadership has helped organisations navigate changing consumer expectations and evolving market dynamics.
The appointment comes as The Plan Beyond seeks to establish a distinct market category while expanding its reach among Indian consumers.
