Orion Innovation intends to raise the number of Women Employees by 15 percent in India

Orion Innovation, a provider of digital transformation and product development services, pledged on Wednesday to increase the number of women employees in the nation by 15%.
Orion stated that the 2,500-person headcount in India had increased by 25%. The company also plans to hire over 5,000 new employees by 2025. "We are thrilled to declare our commitment to raising the number of women working in India. We think that any company's success depends on having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Arun Paul, the country HR head for Orion Innovation, made the following comment. "We feel that building a work climate that promotes and encourages women professionals is vital to attaining this aim," he added. "Our goal is to attract and retain the top talent in the business.
With this commitment, Orion Innovation hopes to enlarge its workforce in India while also fostering a more inclusive and varied workplace, he said. Orion Innovation said this month that it has purchased Sryas Inc., a leading worldwide technology company, for a "undisclosed price".
According to Raj Patil, CEO of Orion Innovation, the acquisition has "completed," and Sryas Inc. has now been incorporated as a subsidiary.
