With the aim of supporting girls and empowering women by providing them with opportunities, business-building resources, and innovative programs in the fields of leadership development and new and emerging technologies, Omnicom India has granted support to Women In Tech Global's, The India Chapter. Omnicom India is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that has its main office in Paris and is committed to advancing the STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) fields and the empowerment of women and girls.

Radhika Iyengar of Credera which is a global boutique technology and consulting firm leads The India Chapter of Women In Tech Global, empowering women and girls through the network with over 9,000 members, and 50 chapters, across six continents.

Under the supervision of Thierry Mathou, the French Ambassador to India, the India Chapter was formally inaugurated on 8 March 2024 to commemorate International Women's Day, at the French Embassy in New Delhi. The event welcomed Indian government officials, DEI leaders from corporations, NGOs, and The Omnicom Group, along with DDB Mudra Group, Annalect India, and Credera.

The Women In Tech India Chapter, launched in November 2023, has grown from 3 to 500+ members. The chapter aims to empower 5 million women and girls in STEAM by 2030. It addresses India-specific issues like high dropout rates and gender paradoxes. The leaders emphasized diversity and its importance in a more inclusive tech ecosystem along with the efforts made to promote women in science and advance gender equality through feminist foreign policy.
