Nupur Shrivastava Named Intel's New HR Head for Asia Pacific Operations

Intel Corporation has named Nupur Shrivastava as the new HR Leader for the Asia Pacific vicinity, reinforcing its focus on expertise method in one in every of it’s most critical markets. Nupur shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing her pleasure approximately entering into the function.
In her new role, she can oversee HR operations across Asia Pacific, specializing in talent planning, workforce transformation, and aligning regional cultures in evolving tech surroundings.
Nupur joined Intel more than six years ago and was previously Senior Director – Talent Planning & Acquisition, APAC. She was a key driver in developing the talent acquisition strategy for the region and establishing a robust future-fit workforce pipeline. Her elevation as a testament to her high level of understanding of Intel's HR vision as well as her strength in building high-performance teams that are inclusive.
She worked in senior HR positions at Arm, Nokia, Honeywell Technologies, Harita Techserv, and Titan Industries before joining Intel. She was India HR Head at Arm, before taking up responsibility of global Diversity & Inclusion at seven international sites. Her initial stint with Nokia and Honeywell gave her a firm foundation in people practices centered around R&D, while her experience with Titan and Harita gave a further precision to her emphasis on formalized HR systems. She started her career as a Management Trainee in PepsiCo India back in 2001.
With more than two decades of HR leadership and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Nupur brings a strategic human-centric vision to Intel's changing workforce needs—enabling the company to succeed in a digital, hybrid, and diverse work age.
