NITI Aayog to Organize Workshop in Goa for Women Entrepreneurs

NITI Aayog’s, Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) is all set to conduct a workshop for enabling women-led development. The meeting will be held on October 3, at the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) in Dona Paula. The meeting will also be the inaugural event of the WEP state workshop series.
The Oct 3 workshop intends to help create awareness about WEP and present various initiatives. Important topics such as mentoring, skill development, access to finance, and compliance will be discussed at length during the workshop.
Women entrepreneurs will be provided with valuable knowledge at the workshop. They will also be able to share their experiences and receive access to valuable resources. The government and private sector will also receive a platform at the workshop to highlight their efforts in supporting women entrepreneurs. They will also showcase the strides being made in terms of creating a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The event will see an address from Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, NITI Aayog member V K Saraswat, and NITI Aayog CEO B V R Subrahmanyam. A host of women leaders from western India will be present at the event.
