Nidhi Sharma-led Travel Platform Yuyiii Raises Angel Funding

Yuyiii, a curated leisure stay platform that combines intent-led discovery with seamless, high-confidence bookings, has raised an undisclosed angel round led by Sridhar Krishnamoorthy — ex-MD of Arjas Steel — who also co-incorporated the company with founder Nidhi Sharma.

The funding will support the launch of Yuyiii’s updated application and accelerate the development of its AI Copilot, an assistant that matches travel preferences collected from over 6,000 guest conversations and booking behaviour.

It helps travellers find spot-on stays based on how they feel, such as soulful retreats or pet-friendly escapes along with other relevant parameters. What makes this AI Copilot uniquely positioned is the dataset it operates on – insights from real users and their frustration about relevant information nowhere on the web today. The Copilot is currently being refined and will be launched soon.

Only about 5% of properties make it to Yuyiii. Each stay is handpicked after a rigorous 26-point audit covering comfort, food, hygiene, backstory, and host warmth, and is then classified into Platinum, Gold, or Silver tiers. The platform sees strong repeat bookings, with an average booking size of ₹40,000, and is built for travellers who seek comfort with character.

Yuyiii’s asset-light model and real traveller feedback will power its expansion across India and visa-free destinations with a long-term vision to curate global stays, from village homes near Mt. Fuji to castles in Scotland.
