In her new role, Neetu will be responsible for overseeing the process of scouting and bringing in talented players from all over the nation.

Her hiring represents a smart move by the franchise in light of their tough WPL season 2026, since UP Warriorz managed to secure just two wins out of eight games played under head coach Abhishek Nayar. Neetu will spearhead the franchise’s initiatives to expand its scouting network.
