The initiative is a collaborative effort between the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland and the JSW Foundation. Speaking at the event, Rio established the new development path for Nagaland through his official announcement of the event. The two organizations have established their partnership, both organizations aim to provide women with skill development training which will enable them to find work throughout the state.
The Chief Minister of Nagaland showed that the state's youth have potential because he described them as educated and adaptable young people who speak English and can work in the global service economy. The government considers skill development and entrepreneurship together with private investment to be essential elements which support sustainable development according to his statement.
