Mrs World Sargam Kaushal to focus on Women's Empowerment & Education

Sargam Kaushal who achieved the title of Mrs. World last year in December belongs to Jammu, India. She addressed society about her aim of women’s empowerment and educating the youth against drug abuse. Sargam said that the young generation’s lives are being ruined by drug addiction. They were not much involved in these in the past but in recent times, the cases of drug addiction have rapidly increased.

She also kept her wish forward of educating women and providing them with training about self-defense techniques.

She is focused to bring a good change in the lives of women who resides in Jammu and Kashmir as J&K is an important part of India. Here, most women are abandoned and leave their dreams and aspirations once they are married. She wants to help to make their dreams come true.

When Sargam won the title of Mrs. World, she credited her husband and parents for her success and achievements. She stated that she enjoyed being a teacher but still she chose to model. Modeling is her passion which was also supported by her parents.

She also added that her modeling career started when her husband who is a Navy Officer was transferred to Mumbai. From there, her career started as a model. Even though the competition was tough but she was prepared to face the competition.
