The famous "Women Leadership Summit" was organised by IMS Ghaziabad

At the Hotel Le Meridien in New Delhi, in cooperation with Top Rankers Management Club, IMS Ghaziabad hosted the prestigious "Women Leadership Summit" with the theme "WE CAN-Women Empowerment Changes a Nation" under the patronage of Shri Naresh Agarwal, Chairman, IMS Group of Institutions.
Distinguished guests of honour included Her Excellency, Ms. Alejandra Rodriguez Sierra, Embassy of Colombia; Dr. Harpreet A. De Singh, Executive Director, Tata Air India; and Ms. Rubika Phogat Yadav, State Vice President, BJP Mahila Morcha, New Delhi. The summit was presided over by Summit Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad; Summit Chairman, Mr. VSK Sood, MD & President.
More than 200 senior intellectuals and thinking leaders from many fields presented their opinions on the important topic. "IMS G - Top Rankers WOW Awards" (Woman of Wonders) were given to female leaders from a variety of fields in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments and models of leadership. The brilliance was further enhanced by the signing of an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IMS Ghaziabad and HARPS for cooperation on different initiatives for value-based education.
The focus is on "Building Social Ecosystems for Strengthening Women's Self-Worth."
The dignitaries presented their forceful discussions in Panel Discussion III, which had the theme "Seeking Positive Solutions, That Stay," adding to the excitement. The high-profile conference, which was extensively covered by famous media outlets, played a crucial role in highlighting the paradigm shifts in new-age women leadership and paving the way for the coming generation of women.
