Applications for the Ladli Behana Yojana will begin to be accepted on March 8th, according to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Under the programme, women from lower- and middle-class backgrounds will get a monthly deposit of Rs 1,000 into their accounts.
Applications will be filled out from the village to the wards to determine beneficiaries. Money from schemes should be used by women to benefit their families.
More than 24.94 lakh beneficiaries of the Mukyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan in the divisions of Bhopal, Sagar, and Ujjain received the approval letters from the chief minister on Friday in Vidisha. 73 lakh farmers received a remittance of Rs. 1,465 billion under the Mukyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana.
When discussing the Ladli Behna Yojana, he stated that women would be able to use the money to purchase milk, vegetables, and fruits for their children.
He expressed happiness that 83 lakh persons had been selected to benefit from government programmes as part of the Mukyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan. Work to give over sanction letters is in progress in the state in order to offer benefits under 38 different government programmes.
More than 24.94 lakh beneficiaries of the Bhopal, Sagar, and Ujjain divisions received sanction letters on Friday. Starting on February 5, the Vikas Yatra will begin its work of connecting individuals with programmes.
Chouhan claimed that the government put farmers in debt by ending the public welfare programmes that had been implemented by the previous BJP administration.
Under the crop insurance programme, the government deposited Rs 17,140 crore into farmers' accounts last year. "Camps for the CM Janseva Abhiyan were held to give the underprivileged access to 38 initiatives. If somebody was left out, he should get their name added during the Vikas Yatra, which will start on February 5," he said.
