Jharkhand, Karnataka & UP Record Big Win on Day 5 of 2021 Hockey India Senior Women National Championship

Delhi Hockey, Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu, Kerala Hockey, Hockey Jharkhand, Hockey Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh Hockey registered victories, on the fifth day of the 11th Hockey India Senior Women National Championship 2021 in Jhansi, in their respective matches.
Hockey Jharkhand eased past Hockey Andaman & Nicobar with a 28-0 victory in their Pool F match, in the first match of the day. Reshma Soreng scored seven goals, whereas Pramila Soreng and Albela Rani Toppo scored five goals each. Betan Dung Dung and Simta Minz scored a hat-trick each, while Roshni Dungdung and Captain Subhasi Hemrom scored a brace each. From Hockey Jharkhand, Shammy Bara netted one goal.
Delhi Hockey earned a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Hockey Rajasthan in Pool F. For Delhi Hockey, Babita and Manisha scored one goal each. For Hockey Rajasthan, Captain Beena Pandey scored the only goal.
In the Pool G match, Hockey Karnataka defeated Tripura Hockey 11-0. Shaina Thangamma MP and Anjali HR scored a brace each while Pavithra PA scored a hat-trick. Yashika MG, Dhanya MG, Vidya KS and Captain Nisha PC scored one goal each.
Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu defeated Telangana Hockey 8-0 in other Pool G match. Kavya R, Suguna R, Kamaleshwari A, Nivetha, Malarvizhi and Jayapratha S scored a goal each whereas Captain Rubasri scored a brace.
Uttar Pradesh Hockey defeated Hockey Jammu &Kashmir 12-0 in Pool H. Komal Sahani scored a hat-trick, while Nilanjali Rai, Sonal Tiwari, Anshika Singh and Reetu Singh scored a brace each. For Uttar Pradesh Hockey, Shreya Singh scored one goal.
In the Pool H match, Kerala Hockey defeated Assam Hockey 5-1, in the final match of the day. Aiswarya KV, Captain Athira Prasad Shylaja, Arya KM, Sibya S and Ashmi M scored one goal each for Kerala Hockey, while Captain Elina Tigga scored the only goal for Assam Hockey.
