Vasireddy Padma Calls a Speedy Investigation in Crimes against Women

Vasireddy Padma, the chairwoman of the State Women's Commission, stated that anyone who misbehaves with girls and women will face severe consequences. She directed the police personnel to hasten the investigation into recent crimes against women reported in the district.
A complaint was filed against a teacher in Sattenapalli on Sunday for displaying obscene photos to students and misbehaving with them. After the students' parents filed a complaint, the police seized him and took him to court.
A community volunteer in Macherla is accused of misbehaving with a married woman. According to the police, a village volunteer went to the woman's residence when she was alone and behaved improperly with her. A police report has been made, and the case is being investigated. After learning about the cases, Vasireddy inquired about the investigation's status and promised that the defendants will be punished harshly in accordance with the law.
