Wealth creation in India is becoming more and more influenced by women entrepreneurs who have established companies and fortunes in their own way. Leading the pack is Jayshree Ullal, President and CEO of Arista Networks, who, as per the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2025, has created the most wealth for herself out of all the self-made Indian women with a ₹50,170 crore net worth. She is acknowledged for her guidance in the success of one of Silicon Valley’s most prominent networking companies and thus a tech power house in the world.

Radha Vembu, co-owner of Zoho, is not far behind with a treasure of ₹46,580 crore. Vembu’s progression signifies and underlines the robust SaaS (Software as a Service) sector in India, a sector which is thriving because of domestic innovation with an international footprint.

Nykaa's Falguni Nayar & family are at the third position with ₹39,810 crore, displaying the power of digital-first consumer brands and the transformation of India’s retail landscape.

The Biocon founder, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, is in the fourth position with ₹29,330 crore, setting the tone for a biotech pioneer and one of the earliest women to break barriers in India’s healthcare sector. Besides these icons, the list is getting longer with new faces.

Indra K. Nooyi (₹5,130 crores) and Neha Narkhede & family of Confluent (₹4,160 crores) also reinforce the global footprint significantly. Kavitha Subramanian of Upstox with ₹3,840 crore completes the top 10, highlighting the speedy ascent of women in fintech.
