Isha Tiwari Takes Charge as Google India's DV360 Lead

Isha Tiwari is back at Google India as DV360 Lead after spending three years at The Trade Desk. This time, she joins the tech giant with more experience in the field of digital advertising, business development and account management, which equips her for a key position at the advertising division of the firm.
As the new DV360 Lead at Google India, Isha combines her expertise in the agency and the ad-tech segment of the industry. Her knowledge in media activation, programmatic technology, campaign management and partnership building will help her perform duties responsibly in the expanded role at Google.
Isha expresses her gratitude in a LinkedIn post expressing gratitude for the new position and appreciation for her latest assignment. Throughout her three years at The Trade Desk, Isha has been able to experience different job roles that have included business development as well as account management.
Recently she has been working as an Account Manager from March 2025 to July 2026. Here she was responsible for handling client management and business development opportunities. Prior to this, she was working as a Business Development Manager.
Isha gained valuable exposure to digital advertising in her positions with EssenceMediacom India and Essence. Her work experience includes media activation, programmatic buying, campaign management, and campaign optimization, thus providing her with an extensive knowledge base of the digital media world.
While at Essence, she led paid media campaigns for various Google brands and products, such as Google Search, Google Play, Pixel, Fitbit, YouTube, Workspace, and Android. Isha was in charge of creating and implementing paid social and YouTube campaigns, as well as overseeing the structured testing and optimization of campaigns. Besides her media responsibilities, she was also leading a two-person team.
Her previous work experience includes tenure as Media Activation Executive at Essence, where she worked on programmatic and direct media buys. During her tenure at Essence, she worked across the entire range of Google's products portfolio in India, Southeast Asia, and Japan while also taking care of digital media future and partnerships on OTT, audio, and publishing platforms.
She began her career at Merkle Sokrati as Business Analyst during which she got an opportunity to work on programmatic media buying on various advertising technology platforms. This gave her exposure to DV360, MediaMath, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud.
