IndiGo appoints Rashmi Soni as VP of Corporate Communications

IndiGo has appointed Rashmi Soni as the Vice President of Corporate Communications, effective immediately. She has succeeded C. Leekha, who served as Vice President of Corporate Communications (Media & PR) and has decided to pursue external opportunities. She has served for Indigo for 6 years and handled the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Rashmi, with over 28 years of experience in leadership roles with multinational technology brands, was the former Chief Brand & Communications Officer at PayU. She has worked with Adobe, Tata Teleservices, Ericsson, and Vistara. She is a Stanford-certified project manager and has completed leadership programs at the Indian School of Business and the National Institute of Personnel Management.
On her appointment, Rashmi Soni mentioned "My passion and interest in aviation drives me to be a part of Indigo, India's leading and fastest growing airline. I am excited about this incredible opportunity and look forward to contributing to IndiGo's remarkable growth journey."
