India‍‌‍‍‌ Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS), is going to be the host of the India Women's Leadership Conference 2025 (IWLC 2025) on 28th November 2025 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

As a milestone event, the conference envisions leadership beyond a mere term to a mission and therefore, it gets together women and allies from the whole social impact community to enlighten, energize and initiate the change of significant ‍‌‍‍‌nature.

IWLC‍‌‍‍‌ 2025 is set to gather female leaders, influencers, staff from institutions, and young-tier professionals to have honest and trend-setting talks on topics such as personality, bravery, health, support, self-assurance, and the hidden impasses that affect a woman's way of leadership.

The conference comes as a breath of fresh air in the sector of social organization, which is experiencing an increase of vacancies in lead roles and the positions of management. It thus offers a crucial opportunity to not only look back and take stock but also to strategize and ignite a shared pledge of commitment towards the creation of more inclusive, deep-rooted and fair leadership environments in ‍‌‍‍‌India.

One‍‌‍‍‌ of the main features of IWLC 2025 will be the release of ILSS's research report, "Leadership and Management in the Social Sector", by the Harish and Bina Shah Centre for Talent and Leadership at ILSS.

This report identifies the areas of leadership deficiency and the barriers that exist in the system, at the same time, it suggests the ways to empower organisational resilience and encourage the leadership that is flexible, ethical and motivated by the core ‍‌‍‍‌values.
