- IIM Kozhikode launches a special International Women's Day campaign for its 10-month Women Leadership Programme
- The campaign offers exclusive, limited-time enrolment benefits for aspiring women leaders
- The collaboration aims to empower women in leadership roles and equip them with the skills and confidence to excel in senior positions
IIM Kozhikode has launched a special International Women's Day campaign for its 10-month Women Leadership Programme, offering exclusive limited-time enrolment benefits for aspiring women leaders. Ranked #3 in NIRF India Rankings 2024 for management, IIMK has collaborated with Emeritus, a global leader in accessible and affordable education, to reinforce its commitment to empowering women in leadership and equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in senior roles.
From March 3 to March 14, 2025, IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus are offering exclusive enrolment benefits for women applying to the Women Leadership Programme. Early enrollees will receive additional incentives and networking opportunities. Participants will also get a chance to interact with successful women leaders and learn from their experiences.
The CFA Institute's Mind the Gender Gap Report 2024 shows that women make up less than 20 percent of the workforce and hold only 10 percent of key managerial roles. They also earn 44 percent of what men make in similar positions, and at the top level, women earn just 25 percent of men's salaries. This highlights the need for actions to address workplace biases and promote equality.
Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode, said, "Leadership is about readiness, not just opportunity. The Women Leadership Programme equips women with essential skills in finance, strategy, and leadership, empowering them to confidently step into top roles."
Avnish Singhal, Executive Vice President (India & APAC) at Emeritus, said, "We’re committed to making world-class education accessible. Our partnership with IIM Kozhikode for the Women Leadership Programme helps prepare women for leadership roles by combining business strategy, digital innovation, and decision-making skills."
Programme Highlights:
Immersive Campus Experience: Two 5-day on-campus immersions at IIM Kozhikode
Transformative Workshops: Engage in impactful, in-person learning sessions during campus immersion
Dynamic Coaching Sessions: Participate in interactive group sessions featuring role-plays, executive coaching, and personal reflections
The Women Leadership Programme not only focuses on skill development but also fosters a leadership mindset that empowers women to overcome challenges, make confident decisions, and drive impactful change. Women professionals are encouraged to seize this limited-time opportunity to enroll in the programme.
