To honour the power, fortitude, and tenacity of women who contributed to the social, economic, cultural, and political successes, Hyundai Motor India created the #TheDriveWithin campaign, which features the inspirational true-life tales of Indian women cricket players.
Also, the OEM held a motivational workshop on grabbing success and women leadership at all its dealerships to remove obstacles and build a more fair workplace for all employees.
Smriti Mandhana, Shafali Verma, Yastika Bhatia, Renuka Singh, and Jemimah Rodrigues are among the campaign's participants who are providing strong examples of speaking up for yourself, never giving up, and unwavering perseverance, which is what it takes to be a woman.
The campaign demonstrates the conviction that diversity and inclusion are necessary for success by holding an "In-House Women Empowerment Workshop" to celebrate female employees and customers with various activities, such as - know your Hyundai (mechanical knowledge and tips) session, My Hyundai App offer gifts and goodies, free washing coupon, free pick-up & drop for female customers, and special benefits on car service.
Hyundai also acknowledged the real strength of women via these activities by rewarding female employees of the month with certificates and presents.
Unsoo Kim, MD and CEO of Hyundai Motor India, stated that the company is committed to appreciating the distinctive perspectives, talents, and experiences that women bring to the workplace and is committed to encouraging, supporting, and empowering them with all the tools and support they need to succeed.
