HBA India to Host 2025 Leaderhsip Summit in Mumbai

  • Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) released its 2025 India Leadership Summit 
  • Summit is aimed at developing leadership in the healthcare and life sciences sector 
  • Taking place on 7–8 November 2025 at The Lalit Hotel, Mumbai 

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) announced its 2025 India Leadership Summit centered on meaningful leadership in the healthcare and life sciences industry. It will take place 7-8 November 2025 at The Lalit Hotel, Mumbai. This is the second time HBA will facilitate a two-day summit following its inaugural India Summit in 2024.  

The theme for the summit, "Winning a seat at the table," will welcome renowned leaders from various industries such as Sadhana Joglekar (Novartis), Rehan Khan (MSD), and Apoorva Aggarwal (ZS Associates) to share their insights.  

Representatives from more than 20 healthcare organizations around the globe will also be present, including Amgen, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Cognizant, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Syneos Health.  

Day One will offer a couple of workshops that offer tangible skills such as storytelling and developing a personal board of directors, with an opening dinner at the conclusion of the day.  

Day Two will offer keynote addresses, panels, and networking sessions aimed to provide strategic thinking, enhance leadership tools, and global connections.  

The summit aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills to lead strategically and sustainably, network professionally and meaningfully impact healthcare
